ABOUT THE ROLE
To provide the business with leadership of the Company Brand in New Zealand in order to achieve brand growth and K.P.I’s, and to play an integral role in executing the brand DNA across all consumer touch points to achieve the brand and business global growth plan.
The Brand Country Manager – Company NZ will be responsible for all aspects of the management and growth of the established Company business including;
• Retail Operations & Visual Communication
• Brand DNA & Consistent Customer Experience
• Merchandise & Stock/Inventory Management
• People Development and Succession Planning
• Profitability and Cost Control
A critical role within the Company Global team, the Brand Country Manager will be responsible for delivering on sales targets and KPI’s, to maximize store contribution; develop full country operations capability across all functions via people leadership and development; and ensuring long term business growth in accordance with the company vision, core values and established policies and procedures.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• Demonstrated experience in a vertical apparel, consumer goods or lifestyle product industries
• Minimum of 8 years experience as a Senior Manager with specific experience dealing with Executive level
• Proven track record of successful leadership of a retail brand
• Evidence of significant people management, people development and coaching and mentoring achievements
• Proven record of developing and delivering Brand integrity
• Proven planning and organizational skills
• Demonstrated understanding of customer experience, and provision of such across multiple regions
• Analytical and problem solving skills
