Description
The Brand Communications Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the brands/communications campaigns/programs. He/She will lead the communications programs that will help build, sustain and penetrate our brands in market.
Responsibilities:
• Develop, lead and implement the marketing/communications/branding programs in alignment of the brand directions & long-term strategy
• Build, define the brandings/communications tools/sources and recommend the choice of media
• Build and maintain good relationship with press, influencers and KOL
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop branding campaigns that will help achieve KPIs
• Integrate various media/communications sources/channels and its strategy to promote the brand
• Contribute to the development of sales strategy to products, service or market segment that will align with company vision/directions
• Select and manage on-going relationships with vendors and agencies
Qualifications
Requirements:
• BA or above
• Minimum of 8 year of experience in sales/marketing, particularly in FMCG/luxury retail
• Familiar with luxury retail management
• Proven marketing expertise/leadership to lead and manage team to achieve the defined targets collectively
• Strong media network/relationships
• Excellent presentation and communications skills with all levels
• Strong numerical sense and detail oriented
• Excellent command of Cantonese, English & Mandarin
• Digital Savy
