Overall
Activate the Western European strategies and guidelines by creating impactful activations for our target consumers in line with the Nordic strategy. The role is a lead of two and placed at our office in Stockholm.
Your responsibilities
• Create and activate the brand and digital calendar.
• Drive the activation plan and consistent campaigns across all communication channels in collaboration with BU teams and overall strategy from Western Europe.
• Ensure all consumer and digital touch points.
• Lead the brand communication plan & briefs of agencies.
• Support the development of Nordic specific initiative in close collaboration with Director Brand Activation.
• Ensure that investments are in accordance to the Nordic activation plan.
• Responsible for analyze and after action review of activated initiatives.
• Establish strong and sustainable relationships with key external agency contacts.
Your experience
• Proven track record of increasing brand awareness and consumer purchasing.
• Experience in brand marketing and/or sales.
• Project management experience.
• Advanced user of MS Office suite of products.
• Consumer and customer-minded brand builder and implementation driven personality.
• Experience with digital production process and technical nature of developing digital marketing initiatives.
• Proven negotiation skills, relationship building and networking skills.
Your background
• University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of Sales , Marketing and/or communication experience.
• 1+ year of leadership experience preferred.
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
