Job Description
Primary Purpose:
Responsible for Application Lifecycle Management for multiple business units. Primary duties will encompass the design and implementation of automated build and release pipelines utilizing Azure DevOps Services, supporting a .NET C# stack. Provide communication and collaboration between software development, quality assurance, business analysis, project management and infrastructure teams.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Create and manage Azure DevOps Services build and release definitions to enable deployment to lower environments as well as production environments.
- Facilitate build and deployment to Development, Testing, UAT, Staging environments; provide post deployment support to technical teams.
- Perform production deployments and assist with troubleshooting deployment issues
- Serve as a liaison between application development and infrastructure teams in the establishment of needed infrastructure in the development and subsequent support of application solutions
- Develop an understanding of infrastructure footprint of existing .NET solutions and utilize as a pattern to design new solutions
- Serve as the SME for software development life-cycle tools that can support testing, monitoring, integration/release activities
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, patch, and upgrade software application products
- Monitors usage and changes configurations to improve capacity or performance of servers
- Participate in system performance tuning and technical troubleshooting sessions
- Preferred Qualifications:
Education and Experience
- 2 or more years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- None
Minimum Skills and Competencies:
- Working knowledge of Azure DevOps Services and GIT source management
- Working knowledge of all phases of software development including design, coding, testing and implementation.
- Working with or supporting application development teams
- Experience with distributed build/deployment
- Performs work under direct supervision
- Handles basic technical issues; collaborates with senior level teammates to address more complex issues
- Ability to work with and understand business/client requirements
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish working relationships with individuals at varying levels within the organization.
- Effective organizational and time management skills with the ability to work under pressure, adhere to project deadlines and procedures, multi-task and be detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Desired Skills:
- Application development exposure – no direct development experience necessary
- Working knowledge of scripting languages – PowerShell a plus
- Active Directory, DNS, IIS knowledge desired, Kubernetes, Containers
- Understanding of Change Control procedures, High Availability, Business Continuity, and Disaster Recovery concepts as they relate to distributed system architectures

The base range offered for the role is: $57,500 - $82,200 and may vary based on internal equity, and job-related skills, knowledge and experience; among other factors. Other financial components may be added as part of the competitive compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
