Job Summary
This position is responsible for overseeing the utilization of Company’s Sound Stages, New York Street and Lot Locations by production companies.
Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
- Functions as the on-set liaison between production and all Studio’s service departments
- Functions as a trouble shooter and customer advocate to ensure the efficient execution of the client’s production
- Coordinates on-lot location scouts and tech scouts with production companies
- Promote use of Studio services (SLG, Transportation, Sign Shop, etc…) to production companies
- Following completion of the customer’s shoot, the Facility Representative is responsible to ensure the facility is left in the same manner it was turned over to the client
- Assists when long term clients move onto the Studio lot with their office setup and lot orientation
- Conducts facility and stage inspections following the shooting companies
- Monitors production company’s activities to protect studio assets and ensure compliance with studio, industry, local, state and federal safety rules and regulations
- Identifies safety hazards and institutes prompt corrective action to ensure a safe workplace and the protection of employees
- May need to work nights and weekends with overtime pay depending on client needs
Qualifications/Skills
Basic qualifications:
- 4-year degree in Film or two years industry related experience
Desired skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and internet software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
- Ability to set priorities
- Knowledge of union jurisdictions in relation to job duties and responsibilities
- Extensive knowledge of the production process, including but not limited to single camera television, multi-cam, features, commercials, music videos and special events

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $67,000.00 - 73,000.00.
The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
