Position Summary
Cadreon is looking for an Associate Director, Strategy & Enablement to join our team in San Francisco!
Essential Functions
• Fully own and manage client’s audience segmentation and testing strategy
• Build and size audiences in DMP leveraging first, second, and third party data. Apply lookalike models to expand valuable audiences
• Work closely with Product, Campaign Engineering, and Ad Ops to project manage the end to end execution of complex DMP media and analytics use cases
• Build the tagging infrastructure to enable in console reporting and analysis that’s aligned with client KPIs
• Create and maintain client’s site and media taxonomy
• Be an expert in client DMP operations and provide support/ training to internal or client teams as necessary
• Collaborate with Ad Operations, partners, and Product teams to execute advertiser tagging implementations to enable reporting and insights
• Coordinate troubleshooting and resolution of issues pertaining to data collection inputs and reporting across platforms, and data sources
• Evangelize best practices and nuances of DMP operations and data-driven campaign executions
• Develop comprehensive performance analysis benchmarks, presentations with regards to analytical reporting and strategic tagging
• Experienced in developing and maintaining client reporting deliverables
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's degree required
Work Experience:
• Client facing agency experience or media planning & strategy experience
• Experience with DMP operations or demonstrated proficiency in quickly mastering technical tools
• Audience segmentation strategy and a/b testing experience
Skills:
• Working knowledge of Ad operations, tagging, and container solutions like ubertag, brighttag, Tealium
• Working knowledge of DFA, Atlas, Mediamind and other Adserver methodologies
• Comprehensive knowledge of ad networks, exchanges and/or auction marketplaces, RTB protocol mechanics, DSP, SSP, etc.
• Technical project management experience is a plus
• Well versed in SQL and Excel Macros, complex formulas is a plus
• Exemplary business judgment as well as problem solving and analytical skills, with a proven record of leadership and innovation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including a keen ability to be persistent while remaining personable
