Company is currently seeking an Associate Director, to join our Independence Organization.
Responsibilities:
• Manage projects and provide guidance during project execution, maintain insight on project status, keep projects on track, and recommend alternative solutions or approaches
• Provide ongoing assessment of operational state of the infrastructure and implement process enhancements and improvements for use by internal and external stakeholders while utilizing established methodologies
• Manage ad hoc projects and initiatives to help ensure operational procedures are well defined, documented, and consistently applied
• Develop and maintain core operational key performance indicators, as well as supporting reports, dashboards, and executive summaries
• Build relationships and serve as the point of contact for colleagues and stakeholder groups
• Acquire knowledge related to auditor independence regulations including those established by the SEC, PCAOB, and AICPA
Qualifications:
• Minimum seven years of project management and/or process improvement experience organizing, planning and executing projects from definition through implementation
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; Master’s from an accredited college or university preferred; PMP or similar certification preferred
• Six Sigma green/black belt is a plus
• Experience working independently, managing competing priorities and diverse initiatives under tight timelines
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Project, Visio and/or other project management tools
