Company is looking for someone with 5-7 years of digital marketing experience to join our content services team as an Associate Director, Content Strategy and support one of our premier technology clients as we continue to take their content marketing program to new levels. The ideal candidate must be must be able to lead a large editorial enterprise, be strong at building relationships with senior client team members, a good listener, passionate about technology (preferably B2B), organized, detail-oriented, hungry to meet new people and gather information, and able to support the client day to day.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
• Develop a strategic partnership with one of the world’s largest technology companies on behalf of Company
• Support the clients at their office a minimum of 3 days per week located in Ridgefield, New Jersey
• Be the primary point of contact across major stakeholders, working closely with Company’s Director and Senior Director, Content Services
• Learn the ins and outs of the client’s business - including, but not limited to, products and services, and communicate that information to the broader Company team
• Respond to the client requests and questions as our subject matter expert
• Build successful relationships with client subject matter experts and identify new opportunities to evolve their content programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and external, to seek creative ideas and provide input
• Keep up-to-date on the latest trends to bring forward best practices and promote client understanding of emerging technologies/opportunities and their potential benefit
• Work independently and collaborate with teams to manage schedules and meet project deadlines
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years of related experience (Agency experience preferred)
• Genuine understanding of mobile technology
• A passion for formulating digital solutions; self-starter who thrives on expanding business opportunities and client success
• Full understanding of digital capabilities including; interactive design, creative development, online marketing, development, and analytics
• Excellent client management and interpersonal/communication skills
