The Associate Digital Production Designer will assist in creating a high quality, on-brand shopping
experience for the Company customer. This position is key to maintaining a consistent design aesthetic
between our domestic and international websites, emails and online marketing. You will prepare weekly
presentations that are distributed for review by the creative team and our partners.
In this role you will help research trends and best practices in the digital space and help inspire the team
to develop work that is best in class. You will assist in the creation of digital brand guidelines and ensure
the team adheres to approved standards.
Responsibilities:
SEASONAL SITE REFRESHES
• Maintain seasonal refreshes of our International websites, adhering to existing design templates
and brand guidelines
• Assist in delivering content for seasonal shops based on trends, themes and occasions
• Adapt creative for tablet and mobile devices
• Create versions of online marketing, adhering to existing guidelines
EMAIL MARKETING
• Design email marketing using existing templates
• Research and report on current trends and creative in digital marketing, with mobile-first mindset
COMMUNICATION/COLLABORATION
• Maintain and help distribute weekly presentation documents for creative review
• Test the website before and after site refreshes
• Assist with design updates to our internal communications
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Help create, maintain and adhere to digital design guidelines
• Visit our boutiques, see the product in person, talk to our stylists, store associates and customer service team
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree (Graphic Design or similar preferred)
• Mac O/S
• 0-1 year professional experience (E-commerce and/or Retail preferred, not required)
• Extensive knowledge of Adobe CS: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, ImageReady
• After Effects, Flash and/or motion graphics knowledge a plus
• UX design knowledge a plus
• Photo retouching and color correction
