Associate Creative Director, Writing, Marcom Interactive
Job Summary
Every day millions of consumers around the world interact with Company and its products in the Indirect Channel through mobile, digital and in-store experiences. The Indirect Channel plays a hugely important role for Company, with Channel Marcom driving strategies to provide customers a thoughtful, engaging and seamless experience. As the Channel Interactive—Associate Creative Director of Writing, you’ll help bring an experience that’s uniquely Company to retail platforms beyond Company website. Under the guidance of a Group Creative Director, you’ll work to define the Company presence in 3rd party websites, apps, and in-store installations around the globe. You’ll collaborate with the Company Channel leadership team and work hand-in-hand with agency partners to create best-in-class digital work for the channel space. You’ll be tasked with extending product launch campaigns to new properties in an integrated and cohesive way. Specifically, as the writing lead you’ll be responsible for establishing the Company voice on a range of new materials and destinations.
Key Qualifications
• 8-15 years of experience as an ACD or Creative Director in a creative-focused agency or in-house at a leading brand.
• Experience overseeing copy for retail platforms and shopping experiences.
• A diverse portfolio of award-winning digital creative work.
• More than anything, you need to be a great writer. Someone who really understands the nuances of the Company voice and with strong narrative skills
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• An incredible eye for detail.
• The ability to cogently and articulately present and negotiate with execs.
• The ability to collaborate with senior execs from Company product marketing.
• The ability to play nice with others.
Description
Partnering with creative peers in art direction and user experience to develop interactive strategies, content strategies, and to execute work. Collaborating with interactive leadership and cross-functional channel team to ensure that creative work aligns with product and brand strategies. Presenting and defending creative work to Creative Directors and senior Company executives. Managing and directing creative work and outside agency creatives. Planning and staffing for an ongoing calendar of projects. Managing outside agencies and vendors for overflow projects.
Education
Bachelor's degree preferred.
