The Company Consumer Marketing Development Group is looking for an Assistant Producer, Email Marketing to join their team. Candidates should have prior experience in coding responsive HTML email, be able to balance multiple projects, and have a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner and be eager to expand their knowledge about email marketing, including dynamic email creation. This is a great opportunity to work on high-priority, high-impact, and creative new email programs for readers.

Responsibilities include:
• Hand code responsive templates and one-off email marketing messages
• Ensure email creative renders correctly across all clients
• Manage QA processes to ensure accurate and timely campaign delivery
• Work with Email Marketing Managers to ensure email creative aligns with campaign objectives
• Work with divisional marketers on troubleshooting their HTML email creative
• Execute A/B and multivariate tests and provide reporting to the email operations and marketing teams
• Monitor and process unsubscribe requests
• Import data files and support other data processes
• Become a power user on our email system and tools
• Work with the email and campaigns teams to generate custom reports
• Monitor industry trends and introduce new tools and ideas to increase performance
Skills and Experience Required
• 1-2 years working experience with HTML and CSS for email, including coding for responsive design
• Experience working with ESPs, preferably Experian Marketing Platform
• Experience with third party email content tools
• Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, design experience a plus
• Experience with dynamic email creation a plus
• Familiarity with the concepts for scripting logic a plus
• Excellent written English, including spelling, grammar, and proofreading
• Willingness to learn new tools and skills
• Strong interest in marketing and advertising
• Must be extremely organized, flexible, and able to prioritize
