MISSION/ROLE:
The Office Services Coordinator will work under the direction of the Facilities Manager and will be responsible for providing services which help ensure a safe, healthy and effective or efficient work environment.
CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Responsible for the physical space appearance used by Company incorporating the administration of all non-retail related real estate activities (including construction), building usage and maintenance
• Responsible for the administration and management of various building operations designed to facilitate a safe and efficient work environment (including diverse areas such as security, mail services, AV, and shipping/receiving)
• Responsible for ordering office supplies for associates and pantry supplies. Takes initiative to ensure supplies are always available and fully stocked in all pantries and the cafe
• Ensures the optimal utilization of the organization's facilities
• Assesses and evaluates the physical space requirements of the organization and recommends plans to meet current and future space needs
• Ensures proper functioning of facilities through ongoing inspection and maintenance
• Reviews furniture needs
• Administrative Assistant responsibilities
• Mail room functions
• Front Receptionist coverage
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1-3 years relevant work experience required
• Basic trade experience preferred
• Trade certificates a plus
• May be required to lift up to 50 lbs.
• May be required to sit or stand for long periods of time
