Company’s Aquatic Directors are responsible for supervising and managing all in water activities and responsibilities. The Aquatic Director must convey the Emler culture to his/her team and be a creative team player who likes to work hard, have fun, and show sincere dedication to Company. The Aquatic Director reports directly to the Site Director.
Requirements:
• Undergraduate College degree preferred (3 years of relevant work experience may be considered)
• 1-2 years of management experience
• Proven success in leading, motivating, and empowering a team
• A genuine love for teaching children
• Ability to recognize problems and resolve on the spot
• Ability to set goals, create plans and convert plans into action

An Aquatic Director's job involves:
• Leading, coaching, and inspiring a team of instructors and deck managers
• Customer relations
• Scheduling
• Teacher supervision and student assessment
