Our team:
At Company, everything moves at the speed of light, including our employees. In Internal Systems, we’re building tools to optimize every part of employees’ jobs, empowering them to be even more productive and efficient. Given the tremendous impact these systems have on our employees' day-to-day, we need to build user-friendly applications along with a fast and scalable backend system.
What we do:
Across all of our teams, we take pride in being integral to our employees’ success. Our in-house ticketing system enables employees and clients to create and receive new requests (for everything from a new product to a simple temperature control) every day, which are then auto-routed by our intelligent distribution engine. The system receives a new ticket every 7 seconds and updates every half-second, so speed and accuracy are our main focus.
We also develop an in-house appointment calendaring tool that brings together the powerful backend of Microsoft Exchange and our in-house room reservation and video conference systems, which makes scheduling a meeting a breeze (even from your mobile device). Our in-house configuration management tool controls more than 4,000 servers across Company's various trading platforms. We’re building the critical infrastructure of the Company Order enterprise system, which dictates the client connectivity and trade execution settings.
