Job Summary:
Provides operational support across the Company Local Sales and Support teams, working closely with the VP of Sales Operations, Executive Management team and Local BU leads.
• General Responsibilities
◦ Directly supports the VP and Manager of the Local Sales Operations team
◦ Proactively provides consulting at the business unit-level
◦ Analyzes trends, researches issues and responds to inquiries
◦ Contributes to the development of best practices for company
◦ Proactively identifies and builds process improvements
◦ Interfaces with business, finance & sales leads, as well as the Salesforce development team and IT teams to aid in all sales operations activities
◦ Will manage processes including preparation of templates, coordination of meetings, and preparation of presentation materials
• Salesforce related Responsibilities (Note: Salesforce training will be provided to applicant upon hiring if needed):
◦ Create reports and dashboards in Salesforce and interpret the data to aid in strategic decision making
◦ Work with sales/support teams to understand their workflows and how to best integrate salesforce
◦ Work with Company’s Salesforce development team to define development requirements, confirm successful implementation and ensure timely delivery
◦ Track Salesforce usage compliance across the local team
◦ Answer basic Salesforce process related questions from sales/support teams
• Sales Process related Responsibilities:
◦ Create and maintain documentation of each team’s sales process
◦ Create and maintain training documents for all sales processes and systems
◦ Assist with creation and maintenance of the Local’s team’s onboarding process
Qualifications:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Company website
• Self-starter, can work independently under minimal supervision
• Highly detail oriented, with strong attention to accuracy
• Excellent planning and organization skills; can multitask and prioritize workload under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• High degree of quantitative, analysis, problem-solving and decision-making skills; critical thinker
• Stress tolerance, can maintain composure when faced with difficult situations/personalities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills; professional and confident demeanor
• A passion for learning
• Ideal candidates will possess 2+ years in operations, strategy, finance or similar type-role preferred, but not required
Education:
Minimum of 4-year college degree
