Job Title
Analyst – Reporting/Insights
The Analyst – Reporting/Insights will assist in defining and packaging reporting and insights for cross-channel media. They will collaborate with internal teams on custom reporting solutions, and serving as the subject matter expert for Company Digital’s clients. The position will allow the candidate to apply their existing knowledge of analytics in digital media as they develop a unique skillset of building stories from the aggregated data.
Essential Job Functions
• Act as resource for Company Digital sales teams for reporting, insights and analytical solutions, both internal and client-facing
• Define capabilities and workflows enabling new reporting and insight solutions and bring them to market
• Work with Sales and Client Services on high value client deliverables to align on insights, upsells, and packaging
• Assist in developing case studies and collateral materials to communicate Company Digital insights to current and potential clients
• Learn and work with multiple data sources and platforms used by Company Digital and our client
• Filter research findings and convert to actionable media insights

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and/or experience
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in an analytics capacity within digital advertising, media, marketing, or ad technology. Directly related internships or similar program may be used in lieu of experience.
Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Must haves:
• Experience gathering and documenting requirements
• Understanding of data and mechanisms through which data is collected and shared
• Excellent analytical skills – complete ease with excel & pivot tables & other data visualization tools
• Passion for taking data and telling a holistic story
• Attention to detail
• Knowledgeable in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and with general Web based interfaces
Pluses:
• Experience working with third-party ad-server data
• Experience working with advertising effectiveness research solutions
• Working knowledge of analytics or business intelligence tools
