Responsibilities
Gather, catalog and archive creative assets, documents, photography and creative reference materials in the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system as well as off-line storage:
• Interface across multiple Company departments and show units to understand their archiving and distribution needs for all creative materials
• Implement efficiencies in operational workflows and process
• Oversee trafficking of assets and information-flow throughout various Company client departments (Domestic & International)
• Work with team to maintain, update, and manage Company website
• Document DAM procedures as they relate to the NCR Library
• Communicate concerns and issues regarding workload, specific tasks, working relationships, technical problems, etc
• Develop creative solutions to problems as they arise
• Create weekly reports pertinent to creative assets.
• Create monthly report on DAM system usage
Basic Qualifications
• 0-2 years experience in digital asset management; licensing experience preferred
• B.S. or B.A.

• Ability to perform well under pressure
• Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe Creative Suite for manipulation of assets
• Understanding of digital file formats
• Understanding of XMP Extensible Metadata Platform
• Understanding of Digital Asset Management programs
• Understanding of versioning of documents and assets
• Understanding of taxonomy development and metadata standards
• Mac and PC proficient
• Experience working with a Web Content Management Systems (WCMS), html, java script, and CSS as well as other web design
• Familiarity with Web analytics
• Ability to explain complex matters in easy-to-understand terms
• Excellent interpersonal, follow-through and clear communication skills, including both oral & written presentations
• A high degree of patience and a strong willingness to help are imperative
