About the Opportunity
We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Painter-Plasterer to join our Asset & Facilities Maintenance team at our Villages located in the Bowen Basin (Nebo, Coppabella, Moranbah, Dysart and Middlemount), approximately three hours inland from Mackay, QLD.
This role will require the successful applicants to carry out construction works and maintenance activities in CIVEO Villages in a professional, technically sound, safe and timely manner to ensure the physical assets of Civeo are maintained to a level which protects the asset, provides a safe working and living environment, complies with relevant legislation and delivers a gold standard level of customer satisfaction.

About You
To be successful, you will have:
- Trade qualified painter / Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or qualified plasterer
- Class C, Manual Driver’s Licence
- At least 5 years’ experience in similar work, preferably in the service industry/hospitality/high volume hotel services over multiple sites
- Grade 10 standard of education with ability to read, write and perform numerical calculations with the duties of the position
- The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening
- A National Police Clearance or be willing to obtain
- Documentation to prove working rights within Australia
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Working at heights ticket (highly desirable)
- Experience in high volume, fast paced work environments
- Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team
- Exceptional communication skills
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Remote work experience (highly regarded)
