Job Summary:
Provides general administrative and project or process support. As an Affiliate Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining growth relationships with affiliates in addition to directing stations to confirm that scheduled advertisements aired correctly. You will be responsible for information collection and organization. Reviewing, correcting and entering data into a Broadcast Management System. Our ideal
candidate has strong follow-up skills and is outgoing, persuasive and focused. You will work in a fast-paced, challenging and friendly environment.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Information collection and management. Verifies documentation provided by VPs, Operations, and Traffic Managers by reviewing, correcting, and then entering data into a computer system (“BMS”).
• Detailed data entry required.
• Check all completed and entered work in BMS for accuracy.
• Handles live data from BMS that is connected to a company network.
• Work closely with other supportive services to achieve established special projects, goals and deadlines.
• Ensure timely submission of TTWN affidavits for assigned region. Contact stations by email and phone. Establish and maintain growth relationships with affiliates.
• Provide general administrative, project or audit support.
• Participate in research and data collection for Billing, Compliance and Traffic Department as needed.

• Microsoft Office experience including Word and Excel

Work Experience
• 2-3+ years’ experience in a fast-paced environment
Education
• Some College preferred
