The Advanced TV Ad Coordinator coordinates IP-based advertising campaigns and digital orders across Company Reach's IP-based TV and App properties. This position within the Operations team plays a key role in working with regional markets to effectively manage launch and day-to-day advertising campaign needs. The ability to work quickly to help solve complex problems and lead in the execution of ad campaigns is critical to this role as we continue to grow our digital products and services. The Advanced TV Ad Coordinator has direct contact with multiple cross-functional teams and levels of the company and at times direct client contact. Given the newness of the platforms and processes, the Advanced TV Ad Coordinator is expected to play a key role in the testing, launch, stability, and growth of the IP products, providing insight with risk analysis, process feedback, technical troubleshooting, and deep proactive collaboration across the Product, Operations, and Technical teams.
Primary Responsibilities
• Efficiently, effectively, and accurately manage digital orders from submission through campaign fulfillment and successful completion on classic VOD, IPTV, OTT, Single Channel apps and other platforms as they come online.
• Set up and traffic all ads in the ad serving platform with 100% accuracy, confirm successful launch, monitor pacing and health of campaigns, forecast campaign success, troubleshoot issues, and deliver campaigns in full.
• Engage vendors and reporting teams/systems as needed on creation of advertiser campaigns and troubleshoot set-up issues.
• Confirm all ad orders adhere to technical and creative specifications and support creative/technical related inquiries from clients.
• Monitor, forecast and analyze inventory (avails, trends, threats), optimize as needed, and educate internally to establish expectations for campaign risks and revenue opportunities.
• Provide proactive and frequent updates to Sales and Product on campaign delivery details, launches, or campaign issues, maintaining exceptional customer service for clients, agencies and vendors.
• Manage and maintain advertising specs and guidelines as new partners are added and as the company and product offerings evolve.
• Work closely with multiple departments including Online, VOD, Advanced Technology Groups, Sales, Pricing & Inventory, Product Management, and Engineering.
• Engage and manage relationships with distribution channels, outside vendors, agencies, and ad hoc requests from Engineering, Product, Reporting or Operations teams.
• Partner with staff from across departments as a liaison on projects, new procedures, new systems, workflows, best practices and campaign or creative issues as requested.
• Assist with technical deployment of new markets and ongoing updates/upgrades moving forward.
• Maintain Ops processes and best practices and provide suggestions to leadership on improvement opportunities.

Required Experience and Education
• BA/BS preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Must have strong understanding of the online, mobile and advanced TV advertising marketplace.
• Experience within the digital advertising ecosystem, including familiarity with ad management systems such as Freewheel, DoubleClick, OAS, or other ad serving technology.
• Familiarity or work experience with Advanced TV systems such as VOD, OTT, digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising operations and industry.
• Strong MS Office experience, particularly strong Excel skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows, work independently or as a team and multitask.
• Have excellent communication skills and provide outstanding customer service, be detail-oriented and well organized with the ability to keep cool under pressure and ask questions.
• Have sense of urgency and strong ability to prioritize tasks, be self-motivated, and able to effectively manage time and priorities.
• Data driven, curious, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical associates.
• Work well independently as well as within a team environment.
• Understanding of internet products and all relevant specifications, guidelines, availability, and creative performance.
• Understanding of digital measurement (Nielsen OCR, Comscore VCE, Omniture or Rentrak, MRMA).
