How You’d Spend your Day
• Manage and maintain calendar; schedule, plan, and coordinate meetings; prepare meeting materials; coordinate logistics
• Make business travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, manage travel accounts, research and obtain travel visas
• Track expenses and generate reports
• Draft letters, emails and memos
• Plan and coordinate events for the larger team
• Work with Facilities to coordinate space planning

Job Requirements
• BA or BS preferred
• 3 years experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge and proficiency of MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with SharePoint, Office Communicator, Live Meeting and Telepresence systems are a plus
• Knowledge of administrative practices and procedures
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage small projects, work under pressure and consistently make deadlines
• Proficient ability to use the www, intranet, and network servers
• Able to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
• Outstanding written communication skills
• Requires flexibility, negotiation, determination and ability to stand up to strong personalities
