Position Title: Administrative Assistant, Digital Center of Excellence

This position supports the Digital Center of Excellence at Company Cable, a business that spans both B2C (residential) and B2B (business) and includes digital transformation, digital media/marketing, e-Commerce, product development, and user experience. On average, there are 47 million monthly unique visitors across Company Cable's digital properties, which result in the creation of over 400,000 customer relationships per month ("30% of Company Cable's new customer sales). There are about 20,000,000 self-service transactions on the MyXfinity site monthly. This team is leading the digital transformation across Company, which will enable our customers to interact with us on their terms-online, through devices and even through our X1 platform.
What We're Looking For
As an administrative assistant in the Digital Center of Excellence, you'll be at the center of the action, providing administrative support to five senior executives. In this role you will coordinate multiple projects; orchestrate meetings, research agenda items, analyze data, create PowerPoint presentations and compile reports. You'll be exposed to all aspects of the business and interface with leaders and employees at all levels in the organization. You will also maintain necessary office supplies and ensure various equipment is properly configured, installed, and maintained. You'll work with moderate supervision/guidance and be accountable for your individual results and impact on team.
This position is based in Company's corporate headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.
What You'll Do:
-Provide administrative support including correspondence, typing, filing, research, and various projects.
-Practice good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality of sensitive information regarding department activities.
-Create intricate spreadsheets, Word documents, and/or PowerPoint presentations.
-Screen and direct incoming phone calls.
-Handle maintenance of all office equipment.
-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
