Position will provide office support to Originals Marketing SVP, implement administrative procedures under direct supervision, and assist Originals Marketing team with administrative tasks.
• Manage SVP calendar and the scheduling of internal and external meetings; provide phone coverage
• Assist with planning and booking of SVP travel - determine travel dates and destination, mode of transportation and relevant cost savings
• Maintain efficient communication and workflow with internal teams and external parties though coordination, priority setting and document assistance
• Process and reconcile travel and expense reports for SVP and Marketing team show leads
• Assist with department invoicing/legal docs: Aprimo commitments, processing with accounting, organization of legal folder in s drive, facilitating legal signatures, creating new vendors when needed
• Provide show coverage/support: Read scripts and provide episodic summaries, key moments, key bites to use in episodic trailers
• Assist with ordering, shipping and organization of premiums and swag
• Additional administrative duties as needed
Required Experience:
• Associates Degree in Business Administration preferred.
• Minimum of three years’ experience in office administration; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Interest in and background working in a marketing environment is a plus.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures, and office management techniques.
• Knowledge of computer systems and applications.
• Ability to apply policies and procedures to solve everyday issues.

• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively with internal and external associates.
