What is the opportunity?
• Automotive Finance Adjudication (AFA) processes automotive dealer credit applications.
• As an adjudication officer, you will adjudicate credit risk and borrowing requests within a delegated lending authority (DLA).
• You will interact with dealer clients and take responsibility for enhancing the client experience.
What will you do?
• You will apply your judgment to ensure a balance between revenue maximization and risk mitigation.
• Apply your knowledge of credit policies and procedures to provide sound credit decisions.
• Takes ownership of client concerns and be accountable as the first point of contact.
• Provide consistent service to uphold Client Service Commitments (CSC).
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
• Experience in delivering customer service excellence in a call handling environment
• Credit knowledge and a demonstrated ability to apply credit principles
• Ability to work independently and interact effectively within a team
• A drive to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
• Availability to work within the business hours of 8am-11pm Monday-Friday, 9am-9pm Saturday & Sunday, and some statutory holidays
Nice-to-have
• Bilingual in French and English
