We are seeking a specialist to run Digital Ad Operations for a new financial account at MediaHub Los Angeles.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional operations/trafficker who is looking to advance his/her career and drive agency technical excellence. They will have strong media technology knowledge, exceptional organizational and project management skills, and a deep understanding and experience with digital media operations and trafficking technologies. They will be responsible for the proper implementation, maintenance, and support for digital campaigns. This role reports to the SVP, Media Sciences (Company Lowe network leader) and the account planning lead.
Additional Responsibilities will Include:
• Perform all Ad Ops / Trafficking needs
• Be a self-starter as the first Ad Operations team member in the Los Angeles office
• Primary day-to-day contact for technology and service partners
• Work with Media department to ensure impeccable inputs
• Create center of excellence around trafficking, practices, and principles for the Media department
• Thought leadership within the technical, ad serving, and pixeling realm
Requirements:
• 1-2+ years of hands-on experience within the digital media space, in trafficking / operations role
• Direct ad server experience is a must, particularly in DCM products
• IAS experience is a must
• Exceptionally detail oriented
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Displayed knowledge of 3rd-party pixeling protocol, event tags, floodlight tagging
• Working knowledge of attribution, dynamic creative, DMPs, tagging structures
• Additional technology experience a plus, including: Innovid, Atlas, Sizmek, Pointroll, Flash Talking, etc.
• Trafficking or integration experience with RTB players is a plus
• Four-year degree is required
