We are seeking an Account Supervisor to join our Los Angeles team.
This role covers a well-known consumer electronics account plus CPG project work. This person will report to an Account Director on the CE account and a Group Account Director otherwise. The ideal candidate will be someone that has a passion for great creative, strong communication skills and a proven track record of developing/maintaining positive client and agency team relationships.
Major areas of responsibility:
1. Serve as day-to-day client contact to ensure expectations of account and projects are managed and met/exceeded.
2. Act as liaison to other MullenLowe Group offices and agencies as required.
3. Lead internal meetings. Participate in presentation and sale of creative to client, including presentation writing and meeting prep.
4. Supervise entire production process; coordinate with creative team and client, work with production to ensure proper internal and external resources are leveraged. Ensure projects are delivered on time and on strategy.
5. Have intimate knowledge of client's business from a strategic, executional and competitive standpoint.
6. Oversee account's overall production budget, billing, estimates etc.
7. Coordinate weekly client status meeting and agenda/materials necessary, in partnership with project management.
8. Listen to client; understand what is said; communicate those needs back accurately.
9. Get hands dirty when needed. Provide solutions when faced with problems/concerns.
10. Be an advocate of the work and continuously represent the MullenLowe culture.
Requirements:
• 5+ years at an advertising agency
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic, energetic and approachable
• Strong problem solving skills; ability to work well autonomously and in a group
