Description
Company seeks an Account Manager in our growing San Francisco office for its pioneering BrandVoice content marketing platform, which lets marketing partners publish transparently labeled content to Company website. Visit Company website for more information.
Leveraging Company’ storytelling expertise, journalistic credibility and large audience of BDMs, Company BrandVoice partners publish their own stories in their own voice on Company website—reaching, engaging with and influencing the people who are most important to them. Published through Company’ CMS, brand content benefits from organic search and social discovery, and partners receive full transparency into performance.
Responsibilities:
Manage program, client and project management for a set of BrandVoice partners, including:
• Program setup, launch, monitoring and sunset
• Client management and problem-solving
• Analytics delivery
• Content performance analysis and optimization
• Paid distribution management
• Sales team support
• Tasking and monitoring associate brand producers’ work
• Work closely with the Company Brand Productions team on programs that include content creation services
• Task and monitor associate brand producers with program work
• Be a sales-marketing team resource for BrandVoice-related program and product details and questions
• Monitor marketing and content marketing industry news and developments, incorporating insights into the program
Skills and Experience:
3-5 years experience in:
• Digital marketing / content marketing
• Direct client / advertiser account management and services, preferably with a range of business types
• Digital publishing and promotion optimization work such as search, social, mobile, headline writing and more
• Metrics monitoring and analysis
• Organizational prowess
• Ease working with a variety of tech tools and collaborative software
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Adept at working with multiple cross-functional teams
