Responsibilities
NBC 6 in Miami - Ft. Lauderdale has a great opportunity to join our local sales staff. This position is responsible for achieving NBC 6, COZI TV, New Business and Digital Platform sales goals. Responsibilities include developing and servicing advertising and marketing campaigns with local agencies and direct business, with an emphasis on the development of New Business and Digital revenue.
Maintain up-to-date customer and prospect records, keep ahead of various sales cycles and participate in development of weekly and quarterly sales forecasts
Qualifications/Requirements
• Previous media sales experience in broadcast, cable, radio, print or digital sales
• Successful and proven track record in New Business Development and selling a variety of Digital Advertising solutions
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
• Must submit a resume/CV online at Company website to be considered
• Must be able to work nights and weekends or variable schedule as necessary
• Must have a valid driver’s license and car available every day
• Must be willing to work at the station in Miramar location
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program.
