The Company Imaging and Ad Design Center (GIADC), part of the USA Today network,is a full-service design group, specializing in pre-media services ranging from high-revenue campaigns to imaging and ad production services. We have a passion for keeping up on design trends and creating effective, eye-catching advertisements.
We’re looking for an Account Executive to sell pre-media solutions to print, digital and multi-media companies.
In this role, you will:
• Grow market share through the combination of acquiring new business and increasing current spend while increasing client satisfaction.
• Sell multi-media marketing solutions to the small to medium account sector that make decisions locally, often times with single or few decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue and market share growth goals.
• Responsible for commercial account sales including delivering solutions that provide and deliver ROI to Customer.
• Work with the VP on strategies to make sure sales goals are achieved. Attend trade shows as needed.
• Develop sales plans for strategic growth and makes recommendations to GIADC Leadership.
• Create marketing materials and individualized client presentation to sell GIADC services for purpose of growing existing business and drive new revenue.
• Responsible for meeting budget (sales and expense) goals.
• This is an outside sales position.
Here’s what you need:
• Bachelors’ Degree or comparable experience.
• Three to four years’ sales experience required.
• Publishing/Pre-Media experience preferred.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (MS Word and PowerPoint).
Qualified candidates for the position must demonstrate the following:
• Must be able to identify the current needs of the client and communicate the benefits of our products/services as they relate to each need and then sell the appropriate service.
• An understanding of targeted industries and market as it relates to customers, prospects, and key trends.
• Strong understanding of digital media platforms.
• Proficient in face-to-face sales calling, appointment setting and cold calling.
• Ability to effectively articulate product values propositions to customers.
• Demonstrated record of success in a goal-oriented, highly accountable environment; in building customer-based revenue and in delivering customer solutions based on identified needs.
