Account Executive I - Digital - CALVIN KLEIN
POSITION SUMMARY:
Hire a digitally minded Sales account manager to join our team. The responsibilities will entail utilizing our established digital expertise and apply them to the B&M strategies, while also maintaining a point of differentiation for those .coms.
This individual will master the eCommerce landscape as well as serve to refine, streamline, and leverage assets across all ecommerce platforms with both internal and external partners. They will bridge all dialogue between Marketing, Wholesale & E-commerce to create branded synergies and establish a holistic viewpoint for the brand.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
Sales Tracking/Data
• Analyze all key sales performance data on .coms
• Understand the competitive landscape online (performance, class selling, etc.)
• Track and understand CRM metrics to enable strategies around that data
Market/Product
• Develop product strategies between e-commerce platforms and department store buys with Senior Account Executives
• Strategic consistencies between core and core plus drivers
• Focus on product differentiation unique to channel
Master PDP
• Create and manage Master File for all AEs to have all related content in one place
• All features and benefits
• All seasonal Copy – Mainline
• All seasonal Copy – Specialty
• Collaborate with Digital leads and Marketing to create A+ PDP Content: videos, alternate images, fit guides, size charts, etc.
• Coordinate passing off appropriate styles to marketing – working with copywriter to provide all necessary info to ensure copy is delivered on time
• Create Shot List based on purchases in season (immediately post Market)
• Coordinate and send samples to be shot
• Leverage information across platforms
Price Awareness
• Establish price controls online across channels and publish that information weekly
• Monitor e-commerce pricing activity weekly
• Site Merchandising for Brick and Mortar .coms
• Ensure on all core PDPs content stays intact
• Monitor reviews on all core PDP
• Lead discussion on best practices (CK, competitive brands and vertical retail)
• Stay current on competitive and aspirational site presentation
Imagery
• Handle requests sent to AEs for imagery
• Provide samples to E-Commerce accounts for any features or marketing
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
2-4 years of experience working within the e-Commerce channel
Education:Bachelor’s Degree required
Skills:
• Knowledge of the eCommerce marketplace
• Familiarity with PDP
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong math and analytical skills.
• Strong excel skill set
• Solid presentation skills
• Able to lead a presentation with confidence.
• Flexibility with schedule for market calendar and special projects.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Travel as necessary
