Primary Purpose:
The Account Executive is responsible for sales, account management, product assortment and brand building activities. The ideal candidate will quickly gain a good understanding of the business and be able to identify issues and recommend action plans. The Account Executive has strong follow thru and initiatives skills as well as strong analytical acumen. They will be relied upon to build relationships internally to gain support and cooperation.

• Drive the business:
◦ o Responsible for achieving total, comp and net sales targets.
◦ Develop and follow through on key strategies, support of new introductions and product category initiatives
◦ Knowledge of products and all Company Standards.
◦ Create market week presentations; follow up on market week arrangements including car/travel/dinner/meeting schedule
◦ Prepare for and present during market appointment meetings
◦ Provide recommendations and drive seasonal markets: provide feedback on division plans and account level plans, confirm all doors requiring market orders and possible door slides for select / small accounts
◦ Order management.
◦ Ensure receipt of weekly retail sales POS data, operational data and monthly ending
◦ Support and identify seasonal sales initiatives to drive business. Own measuring the results and effectiveness.
◦ Build and maintain relationships with internal teams including finance, merchandising, operations and field executives
• Planning and Analysis:
◦ o Support monthly Latest Estimates (SMI)
◦ Analyze POS data and identify risk and opportunities.
◦ Complete 6 month and annual sales plans by account.
◦ Knowledge of 6 month OTB
• Customer Service/Operations:
◦ o Coordination and resolution of quality alerts between Merchandising and account.
◦ Align orders with allocations and confirm timely receipt of all orders.
◦ Partner with accounts receivable to follow up with accounts on past due invoices.

• Account Management and/or Merchandise planning background.
• Analytical skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Knowledge of SAP and Micro Strategy a plus.
• Retail math.
• Superior organizational skills, ability to multi-task.
• Initiative, high energy, strategic thinking and detail oriented.
• Customer service experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
An outstanding professional will have...
• Bachelor's degree.
• 2-3 years of buying or account management and/or relevant experience.
• Global and/or luxury brand experience a plus.
