Skip Hop is seeking an Account Executive to manage Company website, a key strategic retail partner. This role will have responsibility for driving account performance with a focus on analysis and optimization of the Skip Hop brand. The qualified candidate will have experience working on Amazons platform, Vendor Central, a strong understanding of replenishment and seasonal business models and a solid understanding of Amazons landscape and functionality.
• Build short term and long term strategic plans for growth while managing the everyday Amazon businesses for the company, focusing on sales and marketing activities, search ranking improvement, and conversion rate optimization.
• Identify promotional opportunities and develop promotional calendars.
• Oversee, and work with other teams within the organization, on Amazon forecasting, merchandising, pricing, product content, inventory management, market research, and demand generation.
• Plan, and manage the execution of Amazon Sponsored Products campaigns and Amazon Promotions.
• Daily, hands-on management and optimization of Amazon, working closely with Amazon and our internal team on product data feeds and product listing optimization.
• Account management of direct import program
• Identify sales trends and growth potential, and work with internal departments to increase sales volume on Amazon.
• Develop annual account plans based on short, mid and long-range goals.
• Prepare monthly sales reports analyzing marketplace trends, retail sales, account trends and competitive activity.
Experience and Skills
• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing or other relevant study.
• 5 years + experience in consumer goods, wholesales business a plus.
• Experience with Consumer-Packaged Goods highly preferred.
• Expert-level understanding of selling on Amazon Vendor Central with extensive knowledge of best practices and strategies.
• 1 years + experience with Direct Import programs.
• Results-driven and able to work with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.
• Strong analytical skills to distill actionable insights from data.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, complex and changing environment.
