Job Description
The intern will work directly with his/her manager and the Lifetime Brand Strategy & Consumer Marketing team to determine strategy for upcoming series and movies. He/she will also help develop and execute all aspects of paid media campaigns for tune-in and brand awareness.
• Assist in the preparation of briefs, launch documents, and presentations to ensure all communications are organized in support of Lifetime’s brand objectives
• Read scripts and watch final cuts of Lifetime programming to identify key themes and topics to use within media executions
• Act as a liaison to other internal departments to gather and communicate key information
• Serve as the point person during the development of media campaigns and activations. This includes but is not limited to: distributing series details, submitting job requests, managing timelines/deadlines charts and delivering approved assets
• Attend, participate and recap brainstorming meetings, campaign kick-off calls, weekly statuses, vendor capability meetings, etc.
Qualification Requirements
Junior, senior or graduate students who are currently enrolled at an accredited college/university and legally eligible to work in the U.S. may apply. Should an opportunity be extended to you, you will be required to submit verification of your legal right to work in the U.S. at the time of your arrival. Student must have a demonstrated interest in the industry and/or specific area of interest (i.e., marketing), as exemplified through past work experience, internships and/or major course of study and preferably a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
