- Notifies Route Manager of service interruptions including closed or impassable streets or alleyways, receptacles too heavy to service or potential safety hazards
- Deliver dry ice containers, to customer locations
- Load and unload dry ice containers, count and record quantities and styles of product to ensure actual load complies with shipping documents
- Positions and returns containers on the customer’s property in a manner that ensures lids are properly replaced
- Complete inspection reports for out-going and returned equipment
