- Implement menu plans reflecting most current USDA guidelines for healthy eating for all residential facilities
- Develop standardized food shopping lists for residential staff based on menu plans
- Provide nutrition training and education for residential staff addressing issues of food safety, balanced meal planning and healthy snack alternatives any special diets that residents may require
