UMG Nashville is seeking a Marketing Coordinator.
Overview:
Provide assistance and support to Marketing Project Managers.
The details of the job consist of, but are not limited to:
Job Responsibilities:
Invoicing
Maintaining quarterly budgets
Booking and executing album release advertising
Creating and maintaining project marketing plans
Produce creative art requests for invitations, advertising, promotional tools etc.
Plan, organize and execute special events
Generate and maintain album launch schedules
Book travel for artists and contest winners for special events
Coordination of CD release events
Oversee mailings from marketing department
Coordinate award show campaigns
Writing artist sales sheets
Contribute ideas
Other responsibilities and duties as assigned.

Required Skills:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite required
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively within a fast-past environment
Extremely detail oriented and organized
Ability to carry out projects/tasks with limited supervision
Ability to learn new software programs as necessary
Education & Experience:
Degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Music industry a plus
Administrative experience required
