If you would like to cancel your VelvetJobs Premium Membership, this can be very easily done in your account.
To start, please log into your VelvetJobs account, and hover your cursor over your name in the top right-hand corner. From the drop-down menu, please select Membership.
After selecting Membership from the drop-down menu, you will be taken to your Manage Membership Plans page. Here you will see 3 buttons: button to Cancel Premium Membership, button to edit or delete Credit Card Information, button to view Transaction History.
On the Manage Membership Plans page, please click on Cancel Premium Membership button.
You will be brought to the page where you can cancel your premium membership auto-renew
To complete the cancelation process, please click on the Cancel Premium Membership button in red color. If at any point you have questions, please email us at support@velvetjobs.com
