• Wound Ostomy Care Nurse (WOCN) preferred
• Completion of a WOCN Society accredited educational program in ostomy management and/or certification by the WOCNCB in ostomy care (CWOCN, COCN, CWON)
• Advanced knowledge, skills, abilities, and judgment
• Graduate of accredited wound ostomy care nurse program with current licensure in the state
• American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification (BLS)
• Graduate of accredited nursing program with current licensure in the state
• Wound Ostomy Care Nurse (WOCN) certification is preferred

• Minimum six months’ prior experience in an acute care setting preferred
• Nurse graduate of accredited school of Nursing and Advanced Practitioner Program
• Nurse Practitioner with experience in Hyperbaric and Wound Care (preferred)
• Training in Clinic Healogics Wound Care and Hyperbaric Training online that will take approximately 1 month
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in Massachusetts in an expanded role
• National certification in advanced practice nursing
• Entry into WOC Nurse Education program or Board Certified WOCN within 6 months
• WOC Nurse experience preferred
