Responsibilities for VIP Hostess Cover Letter
VIP hostess responsible for accurate directions and information for guest inquires and is knowledgeable about all aspects of Sands services, features, attractions, promotions and special events.
Constant observations of Lounge area, tables section/box seats and Podium to uphold the ambiance of the lounge or seating section
Food and Beverage experience in related field preferred
Experience in VIP lounges, or high end private clubs
Creates an environment that assures consistent guest satisfaction at a standard on par with a 5-Star Hotel Service
Be able to carry up to 30 pounds and stand for entire shifts
Food and Beverage experience in related field preferred Hospitality experience preferred
Be available at every show to upsell available VIP inventory to concert patrons
Give constant observation of VIP Boxes, VIP Club, and reserved seats to ensure guests are receiving highly personal service at all times
