• Parking and retrieiving guest's cars in the valet parking spots in a safe and efficient manner
• Providing a valet services claim check and instructing guests on how to reclaim their vehicle
• Summoning help in the event of an emergency
• Accessing and/or printing organization forms, policies and plans as needed
• Using the Intranet and Aspirus website to look up physician and clinic information in order to assist patient and guests
• Familiarity of the lodging shuttle stops, ski areas, restaurants, and town
• Assist guests with skis or snowboards on and off the shuttle
• Ensuring good safety practices of guests throughout the hotel and town, and proper emergency and safety procedures are followed

• Assesses and document any vehicle damage before taking the guests vehicle
• Maintains detailed knowledge of facilities and services of the hotel and use this knowledge to promote the hotel to guests
