• Basic knowledge of US imaging & image distribution equipment
• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with the advanced registry in Sonography or the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
• Graduate of an approved ultrasound training program
• Certification by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonsograph or registry eligible
• Be able to perform manipulative skills and hand-eye coordination
• Completion of a Radiology focused program, in Diagnostic Medical Sonography with certification in Vascular Ultrasound
• Sufficient clinical scanning experience to be eligible for certification with RDMS, and AART in Adbomen, OB/GYN and Breast Ultrasound
• ARDMS or ARRT Sonography certification in OB/GYN and Breast preferred

• State of Kentucky License, if applicable
• Vascular, Neo-natal, Abdomen, OB/GYN
• Current RDCS by the ARDMS or RCS by the CCI
• Formal training from ARDMS approved school
• ARDMS registered or acquire within 6 months
• The Supervisor Ultrasound Technologist should have current knowledge of neurology, abdominal, obstetric, and gynecologic applications
• Current RDCS by the ARDMS or RCCS by the CCI
