• Conversant with tunneling analysis software like Plaxis, FLAC, Phase2
• Experience of soil structure interaction analysis would be an advantage
• Familiarity with design of underground station structures, trench-less technology and micro tunneling, building and structure damage assessment, large-diameter TBM bored tunnels
• Project specific health and safety training, CSCS Card, TW Passport, 5 day SMSTS, CP1, Emergency First Aid, and Environmental Awareness
• Demonstrable transport project design experience
• Appropriate Tertiary engineering qualification
• Relevant Chartership is desirable
• Experience with ventilation/mechanical design as outlined above
