• Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), Critical Care RN (CCRN), Trauma Certified RN (TCRN), Certified Specialist in Trauma Registry (CSTR), or equivalent within 36 months of hire preferred
• Previous clinical registry and report writing experience is preferred
• Recent clinical experience with the hemodynamically unstable trauma patient
• Demonstrated initiative and creative problem solving
• Previous experience with Trauma Accreditation Process (ACS, DHS) preferred
• Knowledge of Case Management, Utilization Review process (Inter Qual criteria)
• Previous Quality Improvement/Assurance experience preferred
• Experience in caring for trauma patients in the emergency department, intensive care unit or in a deployed environment
