• Previous experience working with children ages 5 to 15
• CPR/AED Certified within 60 days of hire
• Masters Coach Certification Level 1 & 2
• Meet all USA Swimming certification & coaching requirements (CPR, Safety Training for Swim Coaches, USA Swimming Background Check, Athlete Protection, Lifeguard, First Aid, Concussion)
• WSI preferred
• Ablity to work well under pressure, coordinating multiple tasks at any given time
• Certification in CPR, First Aid and AED preferred
• Administrative experience with operating data systems and video equipment
