Responsibilities for RN PACU Cover Letter
RN PACU responsible for for patient safety throughout the PACU experience including pre-op, phase 1 and phase 2 for inpatient and outpatient procedures.
PALS - issued by the American Heart Association
BLS, ACLS, PALS or obtain within six months of start date
Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multi-state Registered Nurse license
Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Certification in Critical Care or PACU nursing preferred
Experience in PACU
PACU, Critical Care or Emergency Department experience preferred
ASN/ADN or BSN from an accredited program
