Responsibilities for Resident Assistant Cover Letter

Resident assistant responsible for direction on situational basis, repair/damage, theft, Natural disaster, security and life safety concerns after business hours, weekends & holidays.

Prior experience working with geriatric population preferred
First Aid Certified (or employer will provide training within 30 days of hire)
In compliance with company policy and state regulations, a Department of Human Services (DHS) background check
Assist in the evacuation of residents during emergency situations
CNA Certificate preferred
Enrolled as a full-time student in good standing as defined by the University at the time of actual employment
Have a 2.5 cumulative and semester GPA or higher the semester before employment
Six months expereince caring for senior population (preferred)
