• Demonstrated expertise in developing and exercising electrical simulation models
• Competent in Project Management tools (i.e., MS Project) or similar project tool (s)
• Experience of analogue circuit design
• Knowledge of Matlab/Simulink (Simscape), SPICE
• Good Knowledge of power electronics components, base knowledge of industrialization, manufacturing methods
• Working knowledge of the effects of parasitic capacitance/inductance on circuit performance, familiarity with techniques for the minimization and/or control of parasitic, familiarity with voltage creepage and clearance requirements and various insulation and interconnection techniques
• Experience in building and testing power converter prototypes and/or products
• Familiar with EMC 61800-5-1 mitigation principals and EMC standards, appropriate agency requirements such as UL508 and EN61800-3, 61800-5 product specific standards
