• Basic pipeline hydraulic analysis using tools such as Pipephase, Stoner, AFT Fathom, for both gas and liquid systems (static hydraulic profiles, line sizing)
• Hydrostatic pressure testing calculations and profile generation
• Understanding of corrosion mechanisms and corrosion control (coatings, CP systems)
• Pipeline in-place analysis
• Understanding of the principles of fatigue and engineering critical assessments
• Mac OSX and/or Linux environment
• Knowledge of networking protocols such Domain Name Server (DNS), Simple Network Management Protocol (SNMP), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), Network Time Protocol (NTP)
