• Willing to learn a new skill set or have a previous experience with material preparation, mixing/spraying paints, and equipment cleanup

• Open to new concepts and innovation with application to problem solving and productivity improvement utilizing data and analytical orientated tools
• Process orientated with experience of painted plastics parts, equipment management, and robot programming knowledge an advantage
• CAD, CATIA, Solidworks or ERP system experience
• Primer or paint application of any kind
• Basic understanding of math and chemistry , PH, conductivity, titrations, reagents
