Outlet Supervisor Cover Letter

Previously, I was responsible for technical assistance to assigned personnel in the performance of their duties in: Proper operation of equipment, proper use of maintenance manuals and schematics, efficiency in troubleshooting, proper maintenance and repair of equipment.

Please consider my qualifications and experience:

• To inspect Food & Beverage uniforms, menu selection, cutlery, linen, china, and glassware & equipment/tools on a regular basis
• Take responsibility, in partnership with the Service Manager, for the operations look and feel, including but not limited to the overall decor and atmosphere of the restaurant
• Review all group resumes and BEOs in order to ensure a successful completion of all meeting and Banquets responsibilities (as outlined in the resumes or BEOs)
• Organize task allocation for different shifts
• Assist in leading, mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team
• Supervise and delegate duties
• Set a positive example for Food & Beverage colleagues through exemplary dress, grooming and self-discipline in addition to monitoring colleague performance in these areas
